250Grams of spaghetti
½Bunch of parsley (smooth)
5Tbsp olive oil
Pepper (freshly ground)
1.Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Pour the spaghetti into a sieve and rinse briefly in cold water.
2.Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Rinse, dry, halve and core the chilli pepper and finely dice the pulp (work with kitchen gloves).
3.Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic, parsley and chilli in it over medium heat until translucent. Add the dripping wet pasta, toss in the garlic oil briefly, mix everything well and serve immediately.
